There were many companies that offered Louvers for the Z31 as this was a Popular styling option in the 80s. There were Rear Window Louvers, Side Window Louvers, and even Headlight Louvers. Here we will try to explain to the best of our ability the differences of each manufacture for these louvers.

These were apparently factory options on some vehicles, perhaps from 85-86 models. They should fit all 84-86 2+2 with rear seats. They have a cut out hole at the top in the middle for the rear washer nozzle, hinges at the top, two rows of shade connectors, and posts underneath for propping them up and cleaning the rear window. They latch with door type latches that secure to under the side hatch trim. They are raised very high as pictured, with straight high edges. There may or may not be 2+2 versions out there, which I would imagine would look similar but be shorter in height. They have a notch cut out at the very top in the middle for the rear washer nozzle, fasteners at the top and two rows of shade connectors. They latch with door type latches that secure to under the side hatch trim, and may or may not come with locks and a key to open. They are raised moderately high, with more rounded edges and holes cut into the side just more then half way up. They should have 7 full shade slats, including the top piece of edging. 34+ inches from top to bottom |

They have a notch cut out at the very top in the middle for the rear washer nozzle, fasteners at the top and one row of shade connectors. They latch with door type latches that secure to under the side hatch trim, and may or may not come with locks and a key to open. They are raised less than moderately high, with a more rounded trapezoid like edges, a thick rim around the bottom, and also perhaps a large round rivet on the bottom corners. They should fit all 84-89 models without rear seats, perhaps needing some minor modifications for later models with the third break light. There are also 2+2 versions out there, which I would imagine would look similar but be shorter in height. They have a notch cut out at the very top in the middle for the rear washer nozzle and two rows of shade connectors. They secure with plates and bolts to the hatch trim. They are raised moderately high, with a more rounded trapezoid like edges. They should have 7 full shade slats, including the top piece of edging for the n/t and turbo, and 5 full slats for t he 2+2. 34+ inches from top to bottom for n/t and turbo, 30 inches for 2+2. |
